Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through For Keeps & Ink. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. For Keeps & Ink does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection of product, size, or design
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details prior to purchase.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled, modified, or altered once they have been placed. By submitting an order, you acknowledge and accept that it is immediately processed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All orders, with the exception of sticker-only orders, are shipped with tracking.

Sticker-only orders may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and may not include tracking.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, For Keeps & Ink is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, For Keeps & Ink will not issue refunds or replacements. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve delivery-related issues.

4. Product Condition and Variations

Many items sold by For Keeps & Ink are handmade or custom-produced. As a result:

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur
  • Product appearance may differ from on-screen representations due to device display settings

Such variations are inherent to the nature of handmade goods and do not constitute defects.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that a product arrives damaged or materially incorrect, the customer must contact For Keeps & Ink within three (3) days of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, the customer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue

Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be reviewed or accepted.

Resolutions, if any, will be determined at the sole discretion of For Keeps & Ink.
